    So impressed with customer service

    I ordered a custom silk robe for my best friend who just got engaged and was having a very impromptu engagement party. The party was on Saturday 7th and I put the order in on the 1st which was the Sunday. Keeping in mind that the website said custom orders take about 5-7 days before being shipped, I didn't have much hope that I'd get the present in time. However I was so delighted when I received the order on the 4th just three days after confirmation. So glad I wrote a note on the order and they were so accommodating with such a fast turnaround. The robe itself is lovely too. Not as thick as I would have thought but it makes a nice gift for someone who is newly engaged as a momento. Customer service was fantastic and I would repurchase from them.
